All About Residence Co., Ltd.

All About Residence Co., Ltd. is the Phuket-based company behind the Nai Harn Baan-Bua portfolio of private residential villa developments near Nai Harn Beach.

The wider Nai Harn Baan-Bua development history dates back to 1999, beginning with a small custom-villa community and expanding through a series of residential phases including Baan Bua, Baan Bua II, Baan Pratum, Baan Pattama, Baan Boondharik I and II, and more recent villa collections such as Baan Varij, Baan Komuth and Baan Nalin.

Across its development history, Nai Harn Baan-Bua has focused on low-density private villa communities, with earlier phases characterised by Thai-Balinese and tropical architecture and later developments introducing more contemporary residential concepts. Customisation has also formed part of the development approach, particularly within earlier phases where owners could participate in the design of their individual homes.

All About Residence is also involved in the ongoing property management of the wider Nai Harn Baan-Bua community, providing continuity between development and the long-term operation of the residential estate.

For prospective buyers, Rowmere assesses each Nai Harn Baan-Bua development and individual villa independently. Buyers should consider the age and condition of the specific property, renovation history, land and ownership structure, construction quality, estate management arrangements and ongoing ownership costs alongside the developer’s established track record.
